Maintenance method of jaw crusher:

 

1. Regularly check the jaw crusher. At the same time, pay attention to the weight, model and size of the replacement parts, and be sure to replace them according to the original part parameters.

 

2. Lubrication of mechanical parts. The jaw crusher adopts Mobil car grease or 3 lithium base grease, adding an appropriate amount of grease every 400 hours of work; after 2000 hours of work, open the main shaft assembly to clean the bearings; generally work 7200 hours to replace the new bearings.
