Cobblestone crushing basic process
Cobblestone is a by-product of mining yellow sand and is named because it looks like a cobblestone. Cobblestone is a kind of pure natural stone. It is taken from the gravel mountain produced by the ancient river bed uplift after the crustal movement of tens of millions of years ago. It has been extruded and rubbed continuously during the impact of mountain torrents and flowing water. Its main chemical composition is silicon dioxide, followed by a small amount of iron oxide and trace elements such as manganese, copper, aluminum, and magnesium. Cobblestone has high hardness, high silicon content, rich resources, and low cost. Today, natural sand is increasingly scarce, and cobblestone artificial sand has become a new trend.
The process of the cobblestone production line is roughly: (silo) ----
feeder ----
jaw crusher ----
impact crusher ----
vibrating screen ---- (can be finished). The middle machines can be connected by conveyors. First, the stone is uniformly fed into the coarse crusher by the feeder for preliminary crushing, and then the produced coarse material is conveyed by the belt conveyor to the impact crusher for further crushing. The finely crushed stone is separated by a vibrating screen and separated. The specifications of the stones, the stones that do not meet the particle size requirements are fed back into the impact crusher and broken again.
