The working principle is as follows: after the grinding machine starts working, the grinding roller assembly is suspended on the grinding roller hanger through the cross-arm shaft in the main machine, and the high-pressure spring with the pressure of 1000-1500 kg is fastened on the grinding roller hanger. The roller rotates around the main shaft and rolls under the action of the high-pressure spring and the centrifugal force, and the rolling pressure is 1.2 times higher than that of the Raymond powder machine under the same dynamic condition, and the frequency of the grinding and rolling device is reduced and the stability is increased. Sex, so the output is greatly improved. When the material to be ground enters the grinding chamber, it is shoveled by the blade and sent to the grinding roller and the grinding ring for rolling. The powder after rolling is brought into the analysis machine along with the circulating air of the blower, and the qualified fine powder enters the cyclone with the airflow. The collection of the powder collector is the finished product, and the large particles fall back to the regrind. The circulating air returns to the blower and repeats the above process, and the residual wind enters the bag type dust collector for purification, so the dust is less and the environment is free from pollution. After the grinding roller and the grinding ring reach a certain degree of wear, adjust the length of the high pressure spring to maintain a constant rolling pressure between the grinding roller and the grinding ring. This ensures stable production and fineness.
